We as a physician always search for the hidden cause..Not like the trauma doctors where all the causes are clear and in your face.
we can spend months treating a patient from a wrong diagnosis..Simply not because we haven't done the right investigation but because the rهght investigation was done wrong!!
3months and that 9 years old is not improving..3 months and he is still on anti failure medications for his heart and he is not improving..and an Echo was done three times and every time it turns out to be normal!!
Today we had someone else to do another Echo and he found a big problem with his Aorta and he might need surgery!!
The only though I had in my head was that child is a hero..He has been suffering through hell of lack of medical experience and the arrogance of physician and the lack of skill of others.. and he is still surviving.

iknow youre feeling about this terrible accident when you imagine if he was one of your relatives .how amazing! this act was happened the university hospital what if this child was in our central hospital . i think no one feels that he was guilty in the right of the child . two faults happened the first where was the clinical exprience .the other fault was depedandance on echo only . these faults occure because we dont punish the person who commits this crime not the mistake.we will give our country every thing that we have. to become the first in every thing like medincine and other fields . with my best wishes Dr.the poet of the reception
